Nestled on 5 acres of wooded lakeside property, Aalsmeer is a family resort enjoyable for all ages and safe for children. It is located on the western shore of Otsego Lake, 7 miles North of Cooperstown on Route 80E and close to activities and attractions for all.

Aalsmeer has a dock and float for swimmers, a roped off shallow bay safe for children, a fine sand beach for sand castles and sunning, and a large lawn for playing or relaxing. On-site boat launching is available as well as mooring for your boat at our docks.

Scenic Otsego Lake is 9 miles long and a mile wide. Its crystal clear water is surrounded by wooded hills, lush and green in spring and summer and breathtakingly colorful in the fall. The lake abounds in Lake Trout, Otsego Bass, Black Bass, Pan Fish and Salmon and is excellent for water sports.
